       Kirin Brewery (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd was founded in 1996 and invested and operated by the prestigious enterprise - Japanese Kirin Holdings Company Limited. The Company has a registered capital of USD 74 million and more than 400 employees. Besides, the Company also passed the Certification of ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and QS Food Production License. In 2006 the Company invested RMB 500 million to build Jinding Plant having the advanced equipments in High-tech Zone of Zhuhai City. Such plant covers an area of 200,000 square meters with a green area of nearly 90,000 square meters and a production capacity of 200,000 KL. In order to fully utilize the production capacity, give the production advantage into full play and expand the industrial cooperation, the Company intends to undertake the beer OEM/ODM business and provide good quality of products and services for the principals.

3. Business Scope

√OEM business: OEM will be conducted in the Company based on the specifications and process requirements regulated by the principals so as to make the finished products have the same quality as the principals’ original products and delivered.

√ ODM business: ODM will be conducted using the high quality of liquid developed by the Company and the corresponding packaging specifications and finished products are delivered.
